Reliability test

●Ageing experiments: simulate the entire screen assembly, electrical aging for 48 hours without fault before shipment.
●Experiment to test the water:
Rain protection outdoor display has been one of the most critical quality requirements. High pressure hose test matrix screen, and each tank immersion experiments conducted to ensure water resistance. Frontal protection level has been fully reached P67.
●Anti-corrosion experiments embroidered: To ensure that the circuit board, chassis, anti rusting screw function, each new batch of purchase of the circuit board, chassis and screws are salt spray test for 24 hours.
●Vibration test: For traffic guidance screen, metro screen, under vibration conditions of their work, in order to ensure their reliability to be simulated vibration test.
